
Marciana Library(Sansovino), Venice

The Marciana Library in Venice, also known as Sansovino Library or Library of Saint Mark, is located on St. Mark's Square. It is also the work of Jacopo Sansivino. The city library was built in the period 1537-1553. The library has a large collection of books, globes and paintings by Italian masters - Veronese, Tintoretto, Titian.
