Barga is a small town near Lucca, Tuscany. It has preserved its medieval appearance. The most interesting in Barga are: the Cathedral of the 10th century with its beautiful facade with stone facing the color of copper and decorated with many bas-reliefs. In the Cathedral of Braga there is a huge statue of St. Christopher from the tenth century and a carved pulpit made by the sculptor Guido di Como who lived in Barga in the thirteenth century.
