Saguaro National Park is located in the state of Arizona and is an area where giant branching cacti grow. It received national park status in 1994. The stems of the saguaro cactus are striated to allow the plant to absorb more water during rain. This cactus lives up to 200 years and grows up to 15 m high. The flowers of these cacti are very beautiful, giving nectar to bees, and the sweet fruits of the plant are a favorite food of coyotes, foxes, rodents, cranes and birds. Besides the saguaro, other species of cacti are found here, so this park is strange but beautiful.
