Vigo Airport, with IATA code VGO, is located in the province of Pontevedra, 9 km from Vigo city centre. It is one of the smaller airports in Spain. Vigo Airport is mostly visited in the summer because of the beautiful area. 
Airlines flying to Vigo are Air Europa, Air France, Air Nostrum, Clickair, Iberia, Spanair.
Getting to and from Vigo Airport is possible by car, as the N-556 road can be used. Those coming from Redondela should use N-555, and from Orens – A-52. In the morning there is a bus from the airport to Plaza America. On weekends, there is a bus from the airport to the city of Colon. Buses depart from the arrivals terminal. There is a taxi stand in front of the arrivals hall.
