Chimera is a natural phenomenon, representing unquenchable fires. It is located near Antalya, near the village of Charla. The gases emanating from the bowels of the earth are the result of processes that take place deep underground. One of the components of the gas is methane, but the others have not been specified.

The natural phenomenon Chimera in the evening is most spectacular. Nearby are the remains of the ancient city of Olympus, inhabited from IIth century BC to the XIIth century. Here you can see an ancient amphitheater, a church carved into the rocks tombs and parts of a rich villa.
