Nancy is a town in northeastern France, near the Moselle River. The historic centre of Nancy is a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its beautiful squares and surrounding buildings built in the 17th century. In the old town of Nancy you should see: the Count's Gate from the 16th century; the Gate of the fortress from the 17th century and the old houses; the Governor's Palace; the Church of the Cordilleras; the Basilica and St. Epvre Square, among others. Of the newer part of Nancy the most interesting are the Cathedral, the Church of St. Sebastian, and others.
